The Midtown Mobile Dental Unit will be stationed at Madison High School February 5-8, 2018. This provides dental care to your Middle and High School students conveniently, without you taking off work. Services include xrays, cleaning, fillings, sealants, and extractions. They can submit services to any private insurer or Medicaid, or work with you on a sliding fee basis. If you wish your child to go, forms in English or Spanish may be picked up at the High School office. Please complete and return as soon as possible to reserve your spot.
