NOTICE TO BIDDERS


Sealed bids for Madison Public School 2018-2019 & 2019-2020  lawn care services will be received by the Madison Public School District at the Office of the Superintendent, 700 S Kent, Madison, NE 68748 until 3:00 PM local time on: Friday the 2nd of March  2018 for all listed areas:
 
·     Madison MS/HS location ( Includes parking lot areas east of the school
       and AG building west of the Middle School/High School)

·     Elementary School location

·     Madison Stadium Complex (Game and practice football fields and bleacher areas)


Services that should be included in base bid:
 
·     Mowing & trimming (Completed weekly during the peak growing season)

·     Trash removal 


Additional services that may be request by owner:

·     Fertilization 
·     Weed-Control
·     Aeration
·     Insect Control


The lawn care services are scheduled to begin April 1 of 2018 to finish up around November 1, 2020

All bidders will be required to provide proof of proper Insurance.

The board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
