RN School Nurse Educator
Madison Public School nurses assist in management of acute and chronic health conditions of the Madison Public Schools students and staff. They are responsible for maintaining the Nebraska state school health requirements and reports, and assist parents in obtaining necessary services. They are essential in classroom training in hygiene, dental care, first aid, and CPR. They are CPR instructors that certify not only staff, but also the Early Childhood Education Class as part of the Family and Consumer Science Class curriculum. Additional classes are added on request to meet the needs of the student body.
